I contemplated taking on the listing for days 🤔 - would I be able commit myself 💯, should I just refer the seller to a local agent? But then she told me her story 🗣 She had attempted to sell the house with another realtor several months ago with no success. There was a severe lack of communication and in my client's own words "She (agent) disappeared after the open house". No surprise, the house sat and sat on the market for 8️⃣0️⃣ days with ZERO offers and sellers felt left in the dark... Here's a peek inside a luxury condo (well, pretty much the only condo) we stayed for a week in Boxhill. I loved all the Asian eateries available in the neighbourhood 🍣. The unit is pretty similar to Toronto condos with some differences I've pointed out here. My client calls me stating the deal wasn't gonna go through. Turns out the landlord suddenly demanded that the shared utilities increase from 60% to 100%, totally contrary to what was already agreed. My client obviously got mad and walked away from it, and I learned my lesson 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Had the request been relayed between the agents, we would've justified that a reasonable increase would be to 80% given the higher number of occupants, and any heated emotions would've been alleviated. Here's a glimpse of our fabulous experience at the recently awarded ⭐️ Michelin Star restaurant - @alorestaurant 😍 This prestigious contemporary French cuisine 👩‍🍳 requires that you book within seconds as soon as their reservations open up, otherwise try your luck again, in 2 months! Staff gave us 101% of their attentiveness as soon as we stepped out of the private elevator and throughout the night. We sat in the formal dining room and devoured their 11.5 course tasting menu which included a variety of 🍣🦪 raw seafood (my fave!) made in such creative ways and presented elegantly. We added white truffle to the risotto and despite the hype, I personally did not find it worth $95 for 4g of the fungus 🍄 👍👍 to their bartender for making the BEST cocktail I've ever had.
